Semi-Annual Housekeeping Service Plan

Every 6 months, we'll have a brief call with you to discuss any specific needs that fall within the plan. From there, we'll:

✓ Check for and update broken links

✓ Update any formatting that has shifted

✓ Maintain 3rd party application integrations

✓ Add and remove promotional information such as banners and pop-ups

✓ Provide technical and bug fix support

✓ Perform minor updates + enhancements to the design based on user feedback + testing

✓ Provide expert mediation and dispute resolution between the client and the host

✓ Website uptime monitoring and reporting

✓ Up to 2 hours of content updates based on provided details (i.e. blog posts, images, video, events)

✓ Theme and plugin updates (for Wordpress customers)

✓ Website backups (as determined to be needed)

✓ Save 10% off design services for one year

We'll also provide additional Housekeeping Services during off months at a reduced rate of $99/hour.
