Can I upgrade my plan in the future?
Although you may not need frequent updates, it's still important audit your site for broken links, shifted formatting and 3rd party integration issues.
My website it pretty simple. Do I really need Housekeeping Services?
We still offer assistance during off months for Semi-Annual or Quarterly Housekeeping Services subscribers. We'll do our best to prioritize your requests based on urgency, but cannot guarantee turnaround immediate during off months. Assistance during off months will be an additional $99 per hour ($150 per hour for clients without Housekeeping Services plans).
What if I need help during an off month?
There are no refunds on services that have already been rendered as part of Housekeeping Services plans. Cancellations will go into effect prior to the next billing cycle.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our goal is to provide all of our clients with excellent service. Although our team is growing, we still want to be mindful of our bandwidth.
